RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
INVESTMENT ADVISORS , INC. OF
MINNEAPOLIS , MINNESOTA FOR INVESTMENT
MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that
the Agreement dated December 7 , 1981 , for investment management
services , by and between Investment Management Services of
Minneapolis , Minnesota , and the City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of January , 1982 .
