RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT ,
ESTIMATED COST , ETC . , FOR EASTSIDE LIBRARY
RENOVATION .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the Eastside
Library Renovation , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the Eastside Library
Renovation which were preliminarily approved on December 28 , 1981 ,
and
WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on January
11 , 1982 , and no objections were made , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond , etc . , for the Eastside Library Renovation , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , be , and the same are hereby, approved as filed .
Passed and adopted this 11th day of January , 1982.
