RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 1982-2
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY ,
AND RESOLUTION NO. 1982-3 , RESOLUTION
ADOPTING RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY, AS AMENDED , ( F . Y .
1982 PAVING PROGRAM , CONTRACT NO. 223 ) .
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa , at its regular
meeting of January 4 , 1982 adopted Resolution No. 1982-2 and
Resolution No. 1982- 3 relating to the F . Y . 1982 Paving Program ,
Contract No. 223 , and
WHEREAS , said Council is desirous of repealing said action on the
F . Y . 1982 Paving Program, Contract No . 223.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA, that Resolution No. 1982-2, Resolution amending
Resolution of Necessity , and Resolution No. 1982- 3 , Resolution
Adopting Resolution of Necessity, as amended , be and the same
hereby repealed.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of January , 1982.
