RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH SCHENK ENGINEERING COMPANY, WATERLOO, IOWA FOR
F . Y . 1982 NHS ONEIDA STREET PAVING PROGRAM NO. 2 ,
CONTRACT NO . 231 , AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT BY MAYOR PRO TEM AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering service for F . Y . 1982 NHS Oneida Street
Paving Program No. 2 , Contract No. 231 , in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated January 11 , 1982, for the F . Y.
1982 NHS Oneida Street Paving Program No. 2 , Contract No. 231 by
and between Schenk Engineering Company, of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and
the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 11th day of January , 1982 .
