RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 13 , 374. 80
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
PAUL HUNTLEY , RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE
SEWER DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 21st day of January , 1982 , Paul Huntley will
retire as an employee of the Sewer Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Paul Huntley has accumulated 960 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS , Paul Huntley has earned and is entitled to 200
hours vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Paul Huntley be paid the total sum of $13 , 374. 80 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Paul Huntley.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the llth day of
January , 1982, approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 13th day of
January , 1982.
