RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $9 ,025 . 97
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY
TO KEITH W. WEHR , RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE
OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 19th day of December , 1981 , Keith W. Wehr will
retire as an employee of the Fire Department in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Keith W. Wehr has accumulated 175 1/4 days of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS , Keith W. Wehr has earned and is entitled to 4 2/3
weeks vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA , that Keith W. Wehr be paid the total sum of $9 ,025 . 97 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Keith W. Wehr.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 11th day of
January , 1982, approved by the Mayor on the 13th day of January ,
1982 .
