RETAIL DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF

P .M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING .
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 18th day of January , 1982 , for
the purpose Of considering submission Of application for Urban
Development Action Grant for Conway Retail Development in the
dmOUDt of $297 , 162 . 00, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IONA that
the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice Of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
