RESOLUTION APPROVING INDUSTRIAL
PRE-TREATMENT AGREEMENT WITH JOHN DEERE
TRACTOR WORKS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement dated January 18 , 1982 , for Industrial Pre-Treatment
by and between John Deere Tractor Works of Waterloo , Iowa , and the
City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and
the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 18th day of January , 1982.
