A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING FUND THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
FORTY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE
DOLLARS ($ 244,173.00) TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1981-1982 Fiscal
Budget on March 3, 1981, allocating S 19,808. for Civil Defense,
$ 119,850. for Police Equipment, $ 50,000. for Criminal Justice
Information System, $ 20,000. for Crime Commission, $ 8,100. for
Building & Housing Safety, $ 21,920. for Iowa Northland Regional
Council of Government, and S 4 ,495. for Print Shop within the
General Fund, and.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount
of $ 24.4,173.00 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund to the
General Fund , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa in order that said transfer be made.
