RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 3 , 912 . 42
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
GERALD D. SEXTON , TERMINATED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE
ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the llth day of January , 1982 , Gerald D . Sexton will
terminate as an employee of the Electrical Department in the City
of Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , Gerald D . Sexton has accumulated 90 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS , Gerald D . Sexton has earned and is entitled to 286
hours vacation pay , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that Gerald D. Sexton be paid the total sum of $3 , 912 .42
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Gerald D. Sexton .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 18th day of
January , 1982, approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 20th day of
January , 1982.
