RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $ 1 , 127 . 00
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
WILLIAM DAVIS , TERMINATED AS AN EMPLOYEE
OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES PARKING FACILITIES
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA .
WHEREAS , on the 8th day of January , 1982 , William Davis will
terminate as an employee of the Motor Vehicle Parking Facilities
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and
WHEREAS , William Davis has accumulated 108 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS , William Davis has earned and is entitled to 80
hours vacation pay, and
WHEREAS , William Davis has earned and is entitled to 8 hours
personal day pay , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that William Davis be paid the total sum of $1 , 127 . 00 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be , and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to William Davis .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 18th day of
January , 1982, approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on the 20th day of
January , 1982.
