RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF
PAYNE MEMORIAL A.M. E . CHURCH , TO REZONE
FROM "R-3 " MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
DISTRICT TO "R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT A PARCEL OF LAND
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN MOBILE AND ASH
STREETS AND ONEIDA AND WILLOW STREETS, AS
FEBRUARY 15 , 1982 , AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING .
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 15th day of February , 1982 for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Payne
Memorial A .M . E . Church to rezone from "R-3" Multiple family
Residence District to "R-2 " One and Two Family Residence District
a parcel of land generally located between Mobile and Ash Streets
and Oneida and Willow Streets and legally described as follows :
Lots 1 -17 , Block 13 of Rose Hill First Addition
and Lots 6-9, Block 3 of Lusch Addition , including all
alleys , Waterloo , Black Hawk County , Iowa.
now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of January , 1982 .
