SUPPLY - $17 , 206 OF WATERLOO , IOWA FOR
RENOVATION OF EAST SIDE LIBRARY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $60 ,088 TOTAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA:
That the bid of Jens Oleson & Sons , Meyer ' s Sheet Metal ,
Ideal Electric , Lincoln ' s Office Supply of Waterloo, Iowa , in the
amount of $60 ,088 , for the construction of the Waterloo , Iowa ,
East Side Library, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project , after public
hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted , the same being the lowest bid received for said work .
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements , said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
Passed and approved , this 25th day of January , 1982.
