RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 23, 2010, in the amount of
$133,000.00, to provide planning and engineering services to
assist the Waste Management Services Department for sanitary
sewer, storm water, and sanitation projects, by and between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 2010.
