RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 81-3- 163
WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR FREEWAY 520 CONSTRUCTION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement dated January 25 , 1982 , for Freeway 520
construction , by and between Iowa Department of Transportation ,
and the City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of January , 1982 .
