RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR PURCHASE
OF TWO ( 2) PARCELS OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
THE PROPOSED HACKETT ROAD BYPASS AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that
the Agreement dated January 25 , 1982, for purchase of two ( 2)
parcels of right-of-way for the proposed Hackett Road ByPass , by
and between Iowa Department of Transportation , and the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved , and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 25th day of January , 1982.
