RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO
ORDINANCE NO. 2479 , AS AMENDED , ZONING
ORDINANCE , AS FEBRUARY 15 , 1982 AT 7 : 00
P .M . AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE
OF HEARING .
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers at 7 : 00 P . M. in the City of
Waterloo for the purpose of considering and acting upon amendment
to Ordinance No. 2479, as amended , Zoning Ordinance , by creating a
"purpose " section to Part I of said ordinance , a copy of which is
on file in the office of the City Clerk .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of January , 1982.
