RESOLUTION NO. 2022-655 RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH KL PROPERTIES, LLC FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF 2,400 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE BUILDING AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $220,000.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development Agreement dated October 17, 2022, between KL Properties, LLC, for the construction of a 2,400 square foot office building and Minimum Assessment Agreement in the amount of $220,000.00, and legally described as follows: PARCEL "H" ACCORDING TO PLAT OF SURVEY FILED 9/06/2022 AS DOC. NO. 2023-3984, BEING A PART OF LOT 1, GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 2, CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA. is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2022.
