RESOLUTION NO. 2022-646
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2022 OR
NEWER TRACK SKID LOADER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Division Manager of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2022 or newer Track Skid Loader, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Division Manager did file said plans, specifications, form
of contract, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2022 or newer Track Skid Loader,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 17, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction purchase of
one (1) 2022 or newer Track Skid Loader, are hereby approved and said purchase proceed in
accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2022.
