RESOLUTION NO. 2022-649
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$249,500.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS CATTLE CONGRESS
LIFT STATION AND FORCE MAIN, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 17, 2022, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$249,500.00, in conjunction with the Waterloo Sanitary Sewer Improvements Cattle Congress
Lift Station and Force Main, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2022.
