RESOLUTION NO. 2022-650
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MODUS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $24,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO CENTER OF THE ARTS - YOUTH PAVILION
PHASE II BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 17, 2022, between Modus of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $24,000.00, in conjunction with the Waterloo Center of the Arts - Youth
Pavilion Phase II Boiler Replacement Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2022.
