ORDINANCE NO. 5668
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF WATERLOO
TRAFFIC CODE SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (60) Cedar Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on
Certain Streets, of the City of Waterloo Traffic Code, is hereby deleted in its entirety; that a new
Subsection (60) Cedar Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets,
of the 2020 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(60) Cedar St. Northeast side from W. 4th St. to W. 2nd Street.
That Subsection (77a) Courbat Court of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All Times on
Certain Streets of the City of Waterloo Traffic Code is hereby added as follows:
(77a) Courbat Court
Northeast side from W. 4th Street to W. 5th Street;
Southwest side from W. 4th Street to W. 5th Street;
except where Memorial Hall Parking is allowed.
