ORDINANCE NO. 5666
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF WATERLOO TRAFFIC CODE BY
DELETING SUBSECTION (3) COMMERCIAL STREET, OF SECTION 549,
LOADING ZONES OR GRAB-N-GO ZONES, IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND INSERTING
IN LIEU THEREOF, A NEW SUBSECTION (3) COMMERCIAL STREET, OF
SECTION 549, LOADING ZONES OR GRAB-N-GO ZONES TO THE 2020 TRAFFIC
CODE, AS FOLLOWS:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (3) Commercial Street, of Section 549, Loading Zones or Grab-N-Go
Zones, of the City of Waterloo Traffic Code shall be deleted in its entirety.
That a new Subsection (3) Commercial Street, of Section 549, Loading Zones or Grab-N-
Go Zones, shall be inserted in lieu thereof to the City of Waterloo Traffic Code, as follows:
(3) Commercial Street Northeast side in the 800 and 1,000 blocks; both
sides in the 300, 600 and 700 blocks; Southwest
side in the 500 block (Convention Center).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 17th day of October, 2022, and
approved by the Mayor this 17th day of October, 2022.
