RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN
DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that
the Agreement dated February 1 , 1982 , for amendment to Rath UDAG
Grant Agreement B-79-AA- 19-0004 , by and between Department of
Housing & Urban Development , and the City of Waterloo , Iowa , be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 1st day of February , 1982 .
