RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $4 , 312 . 98
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
LAVERN FRATZKE , RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF
THE CONWAY CIVIC CENTER IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 1st day of February , 1982, LaVern Fratzke will
retire as an employee of the Conway Civic Center in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , and
WHEREAS , LaVern Fratzke has accumulated 429 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS , LaVern Fratzke has earned and is entitled to 60
hours vacation pay, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that LaVern Fratzke be paid the total sum of $4 , 312. 98 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to LaVern Fratzke.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 1st day of
February , 1982, approved by the Mayor on the 3rd day of February ,
1982.
