RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
ADDITION OF PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION
SCHEDULE FOR REAL ESTATE IN THE
NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES AREA AS
MARCH 29, 1982, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE CITY
HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M. on the 29th day of March, 1982, for
the purpose of considering the addition of property tax exemption
schedule for real estate in the Neighborhood Housing Services
Area.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 1982 .
