RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH BRICE, PETRIDES , & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
EAST SIDE PARKING RAMP ADJACENT TO THE
SYCAMORE 501 PROJECT, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK.
WHEREAS, engineering service for East Side Parking Ramp
adjacent to the Sycamore 501 Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated February 15, 1982, for the
East Side Parking Ramp adjacent to the Sycamore 501 Project,
by and between Brice, Petrides , & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 1982.
