RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING,
INC. FOR F.Y. 1982 KIMBALL AND SAN MARNAN
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 232 ,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS , engineering service for F.Y. 1982 Kimball and San
Marnan Intersection Improvements , Contract No. 232, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are needed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated February 15 , 1982, for the
F.Y. 1982 Kimball and San Marnan Intersection Improvements ,
Contract No. 232 by and between Wayne Claassen Engineering &
Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 1982.
