BOND OF ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION - IDEAL

SONS, CONSTRUCTION CO. ; PARTITIONS -
LINCOLN'S OFFICE SUPPLY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA FOR THE EASTSIDE LIBRARY PARTIAL
RENOVATION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Ideal Electric - Electrical Construction;
Meyer 's Sheet Metal - Mechanical Construction; Jens Olesen & Sons
Construction Co. - General Construction of Waterloo, Iowa for the
Eastside Library Partial Renovation in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 15th day of February, 1982, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. ,
Baltimore, Maryland; United Fire and Casualty, Cedar Rapids ;
Insurance Company of North America, Philadephia, Pennsylvania; AID
Insurance Company, Des Moines, Iowa as sureties thereon, be, and
the same are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 15th day of February, 1982.
