RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $3, 086. 69
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
CLYDE GRADY, RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE
STREET DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of January, 1982, Clyde Grady will retire
as an employee of the Street Department in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Clyde Grady has accumulated 298. 5 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Clyde Grady has earned and is entitled to 132 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Clyde Grady be paid the total sum of $3, 086. 69 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Clyde Grady.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 15th day of
February, 1982, approved by the Mayor on the 17th day of February,
1982.
