89, North Range 13, West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying within the following described
boundaries:
Commencing at a point that is 20 feet North, and 300 feet West
of the Northeast corner of Block No. 7, in Peeks Second Addition
to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and located on a line which if
extended would intersect at the East line of Barclay Street at
a point 20 feet North of the Northwest corner of Lot No. 1 , in
Block No. 6, in Peeks Second Addition, the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
running thence, North along a line that is parallel with and 300
feet West of the West line of Hewitt Street, a distance of 54
feet, thence West to a point on a northerly extension of the East
