RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENTS
TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA
WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo , Iowa Community Development
Block Grant Peek Street Sanitary Sewer Project requires temporary
construction easements .
WHEREAS , the property owners of 616 Peek Street and 601 Peek
Street legally described in Exhibits " 1 " and " 2" attached hereto
have entered into a temporary construction easement for this
purpose.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that the offer of the owners of the
parcels hereinafter described as Attachments A & B , which are
situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County , Iowa , are
accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of February , 1982 .
