A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING J OM THE TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING FUND THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRH:u EIGHTY DOLLARS ($104,380.00) TO THE
DEBT SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1981-1982 Fiscal
Budget on March 3, 1981, allocating $ 104,380.00 within the
Debt Service Fund, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the
amount of $ 104 ,380.00 from the Tax Increment Financing Fund
to the Debt Service Fund, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa in order that said transfer be made.
