RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF NORTHEAST IOWA
REGION OF THE SPORTS CAR CLUB OF AMERICA FOR
VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE , ORDINANCE NO .
3094.
WHEREAS , Northeast Iowa Region of the Sports Car Club of
America is performing during Waterloo Days within the city limits
of the City of Waterloo , and
WHEREAS , said organization ' s operations exceed the limits of
the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No . 3094, and
WHEREAS , said organization has made formal application for a
variance.
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA that the request of Northeast Iowa Region of the
Sports Car Club of America for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 ,
Noise Ordinance be the same and hereby granted.
Passed and adopted this 1st day of March , 1982 .
