RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR TRANSFER
OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS LOT 16 ,
BLOCK 34, HAGERMAN PLACE TOGETHER WITH
ADJACENT ALLEY BEING EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY
IN CONJUNCTION WITH U . S. HIGHWAY 218
CONSTRUCTION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement dated March 9 , 1982 , for transfer of public
right-of-way known as Lot 16 , Block 34, Hagerman Place together
with adjacent alley being excess right-of-way in conjunction with
U . S . Highway 218 construction , by and between Iowa Department of
Transportation , and the City of Waterloo , Iowa , be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo , Iowa .
Passed and adopted this 8th day of March , 1982 .
