WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
.;meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
c„Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M . on the 12th day of April , 1982 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Anita

that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
