" -WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa , at 7 : 00 P .M . on the 5th day of April , 1982 , for
the purpose of considering an increase in garbage collection fees
s from $3 . 30/month to $4. 10/month , now therefore ;
