RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR CONTRUCTION
AGREEMENT FOR I-380 , PROJECT NO .
I-380- 7 (41 ) 316-01 -07, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO-TEM
AND CITY CLERK .
WHEREAS , a construction agreement with Iowa Department of
Transportation for I-380 , Project No. I-380-7 (41 ) 316-01 -07, in the
City of Waterloo , Iowa , has been presented . Now therefore ;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the Agreement dated March 22 , 1982 , for the construction of
I-380 , Project No. L-380-7 (41 ) 316-01 -07 , by and between Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo , Iowa , be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro-Tem and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of March , 1982.
