RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN
FOR EXPANSION CONNECTING THE EXISTING
BUILDINGS OF LAW PARTNERS BUILDING CO .
N AND THE COOPER , JENNER , STRAFFORD &
ASSOCIATES BUILDING.
WHEREAS , Law Partners Building Co. and the Cooper, Jenner ,
Strafford & Associates have proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo , Iowa , approve a minor site plan for expansion
connecting the existing building of Law Partners Building Co. and
the -Cooper , Jenner, Strafford & Associates Building , and generaly
located east of Brockway Road and northerly of Park Lane (knownlas
3139 and 3151 Brockway Road ) .

WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on April 5 , 1982 , at 7 : 00 P.M.
at City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo, Iowa , as
provided
by Ihe Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , on the proposal tows
approve said above mentioned minor site plan , and
WHEEA , it is the opinion of this Council that said minor site
plan should be approved as proposed , now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the minor site plan for expansion connecting the existing
buildings of Law Partners Building Co. and the Cooper, Jenner,
Strafford & Associates Building, be and the same is hereby
approved.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of April , 1982 , approved by the
Mayor this 7th day of April , 1982.
