WHEREAS , Metropolitan Patient Transfer , Inc. has experienced
continual °cost increases for gas , insurance and payroll ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the increases in the following service be
authorized :
