BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00' P.M . , on the 26th day of April , 1982 , for the purpose
---. of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey a
portion of dead-ended Summit Street and southeast of U . S . Highway
Q, 63owned by the City of Waterloo , Iowa , described as follows :

, ';: : of Waterloo, beginning at the southeast corner of Lot
_ rr: c- 45 , thence westerly along the south line of Lot 45 a
" distance of 46 feet , which is the point of beginning , thence

c' easterly along U . S. Highway 63 a distance of 100 feet ,
= thence southeasterly 84 feet to the point of beginning.

publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
