HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
VACATION OF A PORTION OF RELOCATED CEDAR

BE IT RESOLVED
,
SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 77 00 P.M . , on the 26th day of April , 1982 , for the purpose
of cotts4Aring and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of
relocated Cedar ..Street , in conjunction with improvements at the
Waterroo Recreation & Arts Center owned by the City of Waterloo ,

v, J3eginning at the most northerly corner of West Second
Street and Relocated Cedar Street ; thence southwesterly
' along the northwesterly line of West Second Street a
cr distance of 13 feet ; thence southeasterly along a line
‹ :parallel with the northeasteerly line of Relocated Cedar
m rStreet a distance of 150 feet ; thence deflect left 45
degrees for a distance of 18. 38 feet to the north-
easterly line of Relocated Cedar Street ; thence north -
westerly a distance of 163 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of April , 1982.
