�- s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,

Section I That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P.M . , on the 26th day of April , 1982 , for the purpose
a considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of
8fl ft. right-of-way of W. 2nd Street in conjunction with
improvements at the Waterloo Recreation & Arts Center owned by the
City of Waterloo , Iowa , described as follows :
to
-: :West Second Street from the northeasterly right-of-way
' line of relocated Cedar Street northeasterly to the
Cedar River.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of April , 1982 .
