BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
AS FOLLOWS : _ :
c) 1 ' . Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa
*shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 : 00 P. M . , on the 26th day of April , 1982 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of
alley between W. 1st and W. 2nd Street and northeasterly of
`'Commercial Street in conjunction with improvements at the Waterloo
'-Recreation & Arts Center owned by the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
described as follows :
cr The twenty ( 20) foot wide alley located in Block 3 ,
= s Original Plat of Waterloo West
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of April , 1982.
