WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers at 7 : 00 P.M. on April 26 ,
1982 in the City of Waterloo for the purpose of considering and
acting upon amendment to Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended , City
Zoning Ordinance , by reducing lot size rquirements in "R- 1 " and
"R-2" One and Two Family Residence District and "R-3" and "R-4"
o Multiple Family Residence District , a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk .

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
"i that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
