WHEREAS , James Baruth has earned and is entitled to 2 weeks

=BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
4IOWA , that James Baruth be paid the total sum of $1 , 721 . 44 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation , and that the Finance Director be , and he is hereby ,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to James Baruth.
-Passed and adopted by City Council on the 12th day of April ,
192 :approved by the Mayor on the 14th day of April , 1982.
