Council Member Dowie introduced the
following Resolution entitled "RESOLUTION DIRECTING
PREPARATION OF DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF
CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO BIDDERS ON THE WATERLOO,IOWA, F.Y. 1982
LOWDER ROAD SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
(CONTRACT #180 ) " and moved that it be adopted . Council Member
Bur on _ seconded the motion to adopt. The roll
was called and the vote was ,

Whereupon, the Mayor declared the following Resolution
duly adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 1982-132
(CONTRACT #180 )
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
DETAILED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND NOTICE TO
BIDDERS ON THE WATERLOO ,IOWA,
F.Y. 1982 LOWDER ROAD SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ( CONTRACT #180 )
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That the City Engineering Department is hereby ordered
and directed to prepare and file with the Clerk detailed plans
and specifications for the construction of the Waterloo, Iowa,
F.Y. 1982 Lowder Road Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project
(Contract #180 ) .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Attorney is hereby ordered
and directed to prepare and file with the Clerk a Notice to
Bidders and form of contract for the construction of the
Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1982 Lowder Road Sanitary Sewer
Improvement Project (Contract #180 ) .
