FOR PARKING BEHIND THE RAILROAD FREIGHT
HOUSE AT THE INTERSECTION OF SYCAMORE AND
E . 6TH STREET IN THE SUM OF $ 2 , 500 . 00/YR .
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR .
,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA , that
rnthe Agreement dated April 19 , 1982 , for parking behind the
(Drailroad freight house at the intersection of Sycamore & E . 6th
;Street in the sum of $2 , 500 . 00/yr. , by and between Verner D . &
Y-Donna L . Nelson and Roland K. Sverdahl of Waterloo , Iowa , and the
~City of Waterloo, Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
=Waterloo, Iowa.
