RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS , FORM OF CONTRACT ,
ESTIMATED COST , ETC . , FOR F . Y . 1982

CONTRACT NO. 2 .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications , form of contract , etc . , for the F . Y . 1982
NHS ONEIDA ST. PAVING PROGRAM NO . 2 , in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , known as Contract No. 231 , and
WHEREAS , said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract , etc. , for the F. Y . 1982 NHS
Oneida St. Paving Program No . 2, known as Contract No . 231 which
were preliminarily approved on April 5 , 1982 , and
o WHEREAS , a public hearing , upon notice , was held on April
t16 , 1982 , and no objections were made , now , therefore.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that said proposed specifications , proposed form of contract and
bond, etc . , for the F . Y . 1982 NHS Oneida St . Paving Program No . 2 ,
in the -: ity of Waterloo , Iowa , known as Contract No. 231 , be , and
the same are hereby , approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of April , 1982 .
