RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
WATERLOO RECREATION AND ARTS CENTER .
WHEREAS , it has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa , approve a site plan for Waterloo Recreation and Arts Center
relating to changes in landscaping , parking archs and
ingress/egross routes generally located southwest of the Cedar
River and between West First and West Second Streets , and legally
described
as follows :

"-77. WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on April 26 , 1982 , at 7 : 00 P.M .
at City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo , Iowa , as provided by law,
by the Council of the City of Waterloo , Iowa , on the proposal to
0) approve said above mentioned site plan , and
4 WHEREAS , it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA ,
that the site plan for Waterloo Recreation and Arts Center, be and
the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 26th day of April , 1982 , approved by the
Mayor this 26th day of April , 1982.
